A. We offer a 30% corporate discount for Singapore orders that are more than SGD 500.
Q. What are your return and exchange policy?
A. We provide a 30-day exchange/return policy for all regular-priced shoes.
Do note that for all returns and exchange, it is up to Carl & OAK’s discretion. All shoes are to be brand new with no creases or scratches. If the shoes are worn or have creases/scratches, they will strictly not be eligible for exchange/returns.
